Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and the team behind this application (the "App", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. The App

The App lets you record, import, and edit audio on your device, with tools for multitrack editing, effects, transcript-based editing, voice polish, stem separation, spectrogram repair, Wi-Fi transfer, and audio export. Core editing features are available for free.

3. Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable)

An optional "Pro" subscription unlocks premium features. Weekly and yearly plans are available. The exact price is shown in the App before you purchase, in your local currency.

• Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and for renewals within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing/Cancelling: Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings, or via "Manage Subscription" in the App. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active until it ends.
• Purchases are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple and refunds are managed by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Your Content and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the audio and content you record, import, edit, or transfer, and for having the rights to do so. You agree not to use the App to infringe intellectual property rights or to create or distribute unlawful content. You retain all rights to your own content; we claim no ownership of it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code except as permitted by law; (b) use the App unlawfully; (c) interfere with the App or the Wi-Fi Transfer local server for unauthorized access; or (d) resell or redistribute the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand usage and improve the App. Your use of this feature is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that processing results will meet your expectations. Keep backups of important audio.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, AUDIO, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple Standard EULA"). Where these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA conflict, the terms that provide you greater protection as a consumer apply. 12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law and Your Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country in which you reside. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights granted to you by the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
