This Privacy Policy explains how this mobile application (the "App", "we", "us", or "our") handles your information. Please read it carefully. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Summary
- The App works on your device. Your audio files and projects stay on your device.
- We do not operate accounts or logins, and we do not run a server that collects your files.
- Purchases are handled by Apple; we never see your payment card details.
- We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used. We do not show ads and do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
2. Who We Are
The App is independently developed (referred to here as "we"). The best way to reach us is by email: khmannaict@gmail.com.
3. Information We Collect
Audio and project data. Audio you import, record, or edit — and the projects you create — are stored locally on your device. This content is not uploaded to us.
No account information. The App has no sign-up or login. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location.
Analytics data. We use Google Analytics for Firebase (provided by Google) to understand how the App is used and to improve it. It may collect device and usage information — such as in-app events, device model, operating system, app version, language/region, a Google-generated app-instance identifier, and coarse (country-level) location derived from IP address. This information is processed by Google under its own policies. We do not use it to serve ads, and we do not sell your personal data.
4. Device Permissions
The App asks for these only when you use the related feature; you can change them in the iOS Settings app.
- Microphone — to record audio for your projects.
- Speech Recognition — for the Transcript feature; runs on your device where supported, so your audio does not leave the device.
- Media & Apple Music — only if you import a song from your library.
- Local Network — only for Wi-Fi Transfer, to receive files from a computer on the same network.
5. Purchases & Subscriptions
The App offers an optional "Pro" auto-renewable subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple may share limited, non-identifying transaction information so the App can unlock Pro features.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your information. Data is processed by our service providers — Apple (App Store purchases and, where applicable, speech recognition) and Google (Analytics for Firebase) — under their respective privacy policies:

7. Data Retention & Deletion
Your projects and audio remain on your device until you delete them in the App or uninstall it. Analytics data is retained by Google according to its policies.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Security
Your content is stored within the App's private storage on your device, protected by iOS. Wi-Fi Transfer is limited to your local network and protected by a PIN. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because the App does not collect personal data on our servers, the most direct way to manage your data is within the App or your device settings. Questions: khmannaict@gmail.com.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date above. If we add features that change how data is handled (for example, advertising), we will update this policy before or when those features become available.
